Padraig Harrington holds 1-shot lead at Ascension Charity Classic despite late bogey

Harrington, the three time major winner and most recently European Ryder Cup captain was at 11-under 131. In his first full PGA Tour Champions season, Harrington has two victories and four runner up finishes.

Harrington recovered from a bogey at the par-4 14th by making three consecutive birdies. He then lost another stroke at the par-4 18th.

Stricker shot a 65 after a win in Michigan two weeks ago. Langer, 65, had a score of 67. Langer won the Chubb Classic in the early part of the year for his 43rd senior win, two shy from the record held by Hale Irwin.

Charles Schwab Cup Leader Steven Alker(68) was 8 below with Y.E. Yang (66).

Former British Open champion Justin LeonardHe retired from television early to work in television. He was tied for 24th at 4.
