There are many reputable manufacturers of golf gloves on the market. However, they have not undergone the same rigorous research and development as the Bionic.

These premium golf gloves were created by one of the most respected orthopedic hand specialists in the country. This bold claim is unmatched by any other brand.

This means golfers can have peace of mind knowing they’re getting a high-quality product. Bionic uses a mix of leather and stretch. These two materials combine to create a glove that’s both comfortable and durable for golfers around the globe.

Bionic golf gloves have existed for nearly 50 yearsThese gloves were designed to aid arthritis-stricken golfers. Extra padding is added around the thumb area and palm. This allows golfers to feel more secure and relaxed while gripping the club.

What I like about the Bionic Golf Glove

There’s a lot to like about bionic golf gloves. It can be difficult to choose which gloves I love the most, with so many amazing features. However, I’ve tried to do so with the following list.

Extreme Comfort

Most 18-hole rounds can take between 3 to 5 hours. That’s why it’s so important to find a comfortable glove for golf. The Bionic is hands down the most comfortable golf glove I’ve ever worn.

No Blisters

This fits in the comfort category, but it deserves recognition. I’ve tried some of the cheaper golf gloves on the market and still wound up with blisters after a long round. That hasn’t ever happened with the Bionic golf glove.

Less hand pain

This is a huge deal! If you’ve ever played several rounds of golf in a short period, you’ve probably experienced some aches and pains in your hands. I’ve noticed that the extra padding of the Bionic golf glove provides enough shock absorption to limit hand pain.

Better grip

Bionic gloves for golf have the perfect amount of tackiness in the fingers and palm. This makes it much easier to grip the club. Remember, the grip is the most important part of the golf swing because it’s the only link between you and the club.

Durability

I’ve noticed that the Bionic golf glove holds up unbelievably well. I play quite a lot of golf during the spring and summer months. One Bionic glove can last me 3 to 4 months.

Superb Fit

I have pretty large hands, which means it’s challenging to find a golf glove that doesn’t feel too tight through the fingers and palm. That’s not the case at all with the Bionic golf glove. Once I attach the Velcro Snap, the glove feels amazing and fits perfectly.

Remember, when fitting yourself for a golf glove, you want to find one that fits snugly but so tight that it’s uncomfortable.

Made of high-quality materials

Bionic doesn’t skimp on the quality of its materials. Every golf glove is made from the perfect combination of Cabretta leather, spandex, and other materials. The leather is durable and holds up well, while the spandex can be stretched just enough to give you a little more comfort.

Bionic also includes a LightPrene material at the thumb’s bottom for additional wrist support.

Get a better grip

Anatomical Relief Pad System is a feature of every Bionic golf glove. This distributes grip pressure throughout your hand rather than causing it to bind up in one or two areas. This results in less fatigue and more hand strength.

Keeps your hand dry

Have you ever tried to swing your golf club with any amount wetness? It’s nearly impossible! You won’t have to worry about that with the Bionic golf glove. It’s made with a breathable Lycra material that keeps your hand dry and free of sweat.

What I Hate About the Bionic Golf Glove

You can probably guess that I love this glove. It’s got many great features that have made a huge difference in my game. That being said, there’s no such thing as a perfect product.

The only downside to the Bionic golf glove? Its high price. It can be difficult to spend over $25 on these gloves when there are other brands that sell them for as low as $9. That’s obviously a substantial difference, even for an incredible product.

No matter how good a product is it doesn’t hurt to pay nearly three times the price of comparable products. This being said, I recommend this golf glove. The Bionic golf glove offers a high level of durability, so the higher price is almost offset.

Overall Rating and Thoughts: 5 stars

Is the higher price worth it? Absolutely! The old saying “you get what you pay for” is usually spot on, and it rings true in the case of the Bionic golf glove. This glove has a ton of incredible features, so don’t let the higher cost deter you from trying it out.

Before I discovered Bionic, I was a huge fan. Footjoy gloves. While I’d still say that Footjoy makes a solid golf glove, it doesn’t provide nearly as many positive features as the Bionic. I’ll be buying Bionic golf gloves for as long as I can swing a golf club, which will hopefully be another 40+ years.

The Bionic glove is rated 4.8 stars because of a variety of reasons. I’m still amazed at how much this golf glove has decreased my hand pain during the thick of golf season. I’m a full-time writer by trade, so I know all about having nagging aches and pains in the hand and wrist areas.

Bionic golf gloves have made it so I don’t have to ice my hands after a long day of playing. That’s something that would never have been possible without this terrific golf glove.

I love the Bionic’s golf glove. It is so easy to grip the club. Before the Bionic, I had problems with the club handle sliding out of my hands after impact. Even in rainy conditions, this never happens with the Bionic.

Whether you’re a golfer who struggles with hand pain or someone who’s just looking for a golf glove to promote a better grip, we think you’ll be more than pleased with the Bionic golf glove.
