Why can I not see FootJoy, PING, Scotty Cameron or Title list prices online?

As an authorised stockist of these brands in Australia, we are not allowed to display pricing online. This is a contractual condition set by these manufacturers, for this reason, we cannot sell their products online either. To get this information you will need to contact your closest Drummond Golf store. Please note, as an authorised stockist we offer FULL manufacturer warranties.

I signed up as a lifetime member in-store, how do I get Drummond Club pricing online?

The first question displayed on the page is ‘Are you a Drummond Club Member?’ you will need to check yes then proceed with the remainder of the form.

Why can I not validate my Drummond Club membership number?

This could be because we do not have you as a current Drummond Club member. If you feel you have paid the $39.95 membership fees either in-store or online, please let us know and we will look into it.

In some cases, the email address you are trying to use does not match the email address we have in our system. Please create a non-member account and let us know the email address used via the form below. We will then be able to link your membership number to this account.

What is MiMatch, how long does a fitting take?

Exclusive to Drummond Golf, MiMatch is golf’s most advanced fitting system. It takes unique characteristics and compares them against all the leading brands, then selects the clubs that will fit you perfectly and lift your game.

We do not charge anything for this fantastic service and should take you around half an hour for a fitting.

What payment plans does Drummond Golf offer?

We offer a few different options: Short term payment options like AfterPay (In-store only) and ZipPay. We also offer and our 12 month interest free via Latitude Finance and interest free layby.

Can I trade in my old clubs at Drummond Golf?

Yes, our stores can offer a trade in on your clubs when purchasing like for like product. Our recommendation would be to visit your closest store and talk to them about your options.

Can I get my clubs regripped, how much does it cost?

Yes, all of our stores have the facilities to re-grip clubs. If the grip is purchased from that store, then no additional charge will be added for the fitting.

I have not received my order, why is it showing as ‘Complete’?

Our system marks an order as complete when the items have left our warehouse. To find out the ETA, please check the tracking details sent to the email address you provided on the order.
