Saudi-funded LIV Golf Invitational Series has added another major name — this time outside the playing fields.

David Feherty will be leaving NBC. He is expected to join the breakaway touring as an analyst for eight to ten tournaments each year, the New York Post reported Monday, citing sources.

Feherty is well-known for his unique style, personality and regular appearances on NBCs golf telecasts since joining the network in 2015. NBC and Feherty declined to comment on Fehertys exit and planned move.

The LIV tour will host its third event at Trump National Golf Club Bedminster, New Jersey later this month. Arlo White is already the tournament host. These tournaments are streamed live on YouTube and the LIV website. White was the long-serving Premier League commentator before moving to LIV earlier this season.

TNTs Charles BarkleyLast week, he stated on the podcast Next Round that he had agreed to meet LIV about an unspecified role in the media. The tour has been criticised for being funded by Saudi Arabias Public Investment Fund.
